I have a background as a nursing assistant at a Children's Hospital, and am a Foster parent of a child with special-needs.  I have worked with people with disabilities for 6 and 1/2 years and have strived to get them back into the community and to be as independent as possible.  I look forward to contributing to this organization to help families with disabled children.
