Rifton Bath Chair Medium Rifton Blue Wave Bath Seat & Shower Stand THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADOPTED ALREADY.
	This item was used by my son Morgan, and is in good condition. Medium Bath Seat accommodates a Leg Length up to 15” (37.5 cm) or a Thigh Depth between 13-15” (32.5-37.5 cm) Medium Bath Seat accommodates a Hip Width up to 14.5” (36.25 cm) Medium Bath Seat accommodates a Bottom to Top of Head up to 25" (62.5 cm) For individuals with mild to severe levels of physical difficulty
Orbit Action Wheelchair Invacare Pediatric Tilt-in-Space Wheelchair THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADOPTED ALREADY.
	This item is an older model, comes with tray. All black frame and seating. In fair to good condition with obvious wear and tear, but can be cosmetically cleaned up and seating can be adjusted. Still has lots of life in it. Pick up item only.
Rifton Complete Blue Wave Toileting System THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADOPTED ALREADY.
	This item was recently donated to us and is in excellent condition! Model # unknown.
Kaye Wheeled Posture Control Walker This is the 4 wheel version. THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADOPTED ALREADY.
	This item was just recently donated to us, and is in very very good shape. Model W1BS
Rifton Supine Stander with tray THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADOPTED ALREADY.
	In the Rifton Supine Standers, children can stand at eye level with their peers. Adjustable supports allow for functional alignment, and the child’s arms are free for activities. Supine standing provides head support with partial weight-bearing. Older model, used to be Morgan's. In excellent condition. Pick up item only.
Tumble Forms Jettmobile Child Size THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADOPTED ALREADY.
	Child Size Jettmobile is 28" long (71 cm). It is designed for children up to 40" (102 cm) and 125 lbs. (57 kg). No positioning wedges included.

Kid Cart Pediatric dependent stroller type wheelchair. THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADOPTED ALREADY.
	This item has been graciously donated to us, and is currently sized for a 1-2 year old. Modification can probably be made; consult your physical therapist to see if it can be used for your child before submitting application. Pick up item only.
Tumbleform Feeder Chair Feeder Seat and a Floor Sitter Wedge for activities and peer interaction on the floor. THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADOPTED ALREADY.
	This item has been graciously donated to us, and is a size medium with an H-belt harness. It is approximately 27 inches long and can be reclined 30 degrees from upright.
Mobile Floor Sitter Cart A Cart enables you to move a positioned person to another area with minimal disturbance. THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADOPTED ALREADY.
	This item has been graciously donated to us, and is a size medium. It is in great condition.
Snug Seat Giraffe Stander A 3-in-1 stander that allows the child to stand in the prone, supine, and upright positions. THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADOPTED ALREADY.
	This item was used by my son Morgan, and is in good condition. It will accommodate a child up to about 44 inches tall. A replacement spar that can accommodate a larger child can be purchased from Snug Seat. It is on wheels and can be moved around very easily. Consult your physical therapist before submitting your application to make sure this item is appropriate for your child. Pick up item only.
Rifton Mobile Stander Designed to support standing from non-weight-bearing to full-weight-bearing abilities. THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADOPTED ALREADY.
	This item was used by my son Morgan, and is in good condition. The 32” Dynamic Stander is recommended for children age 7 to 15 years with special needs 48” to 65” (122-165 cm) tall. The Rifton Dynamic Stander will support a child with mild to more severe physical involvement. Again, consult your physical therapist before submitting your application to make sure this item is appropriate for your child. Pick up item only.
Zippie Wheelchair Frame & Tray Rigid frame, transit option, ultimate base for seating systems. THIS ITEM HAS BEEN ADOPTED ALREADY.
	This was my son Morgan's wheelchair for 5 years. It is a sparkle-black finish with black seating. It also has a canopy and a clear tray with padding on one side. It is in good condition with obvious wear and tear, but still has lots of life left to it. Pick up item only.

	PVC bath chair with THREE FIXED Positions of TILT. Offers support when bathing or just lounging around in the outdoors or indoors. Used by one child, and still in very good condition!
